Thank you in advance for your participation. Below, please find the list of medical categories. To get started, simply click on each category, to reveal the nomination field. Next, click on the field selected and type the last name of the person you wish to nominate into the "Name" text field. As you start typing, the correct spelling of the nominee will appear. To save time, click on the full name and it will appear automatically in the field.
If you would like to nominate someone and that person’s name does not appear in the drop down menu, you may manually enter their full first and last name. All manual nominations will be reviewed against the State Medical Board for authenticity and added to the drop down list once reviewed. Once you've completed your nominations, you can review your votes by clicking "View Ballot" in the top right hand corner. As a reminder, only certified physicians within the area can nominate their peers. When you complete the ballot, simply just logout and all of your votes will be automatically submitted for you.
The ballot saves automatically. If you click “Save Nominations” and see a message stating there are “no new nominations to save,” your entries have already been saved. You can review all saved nominations at any time by selecting “View Ballot” at the top of the screen.
